These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Fairway Convert at https://convert.fairwayus.net/ (the "Site"), operated by Fairway US ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

The Site offers free unit converters, currency conversion, calculators and reference tables (the "Tools") for general informational and educational purposes. The Site is free to use and needs no account.

2. Results and accuracy

Results from the Tools are estimates. They are not financial, lending, tax, legal, medical, engineering, construction or other professional advice. Confirm important numbers with a qualified professional before you act on them.

We work to keep the Tools accurate, but we do not guarantee that any result, conversion factor or exchange rate is complete, current or error-free.

Financial calculators

Mortgage, loan, compound interest, discount, tip and fuel results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Actual loan payments depend on your lender, credit, fees, taxes, insurance, escrow and the exact terms of your loan. This is not an offer of credit or financial advice.

Currency conversion

Exchange rates are mid-market reference rates and may be delayed or approximate. Banks, card issuers and exchange services charge their own rates and fees. Do not use these rates for trading.

Health and body tools

BMI, height and bra size results are general estimates and are not medical advice. BMI does not account for muscle mass, age, sex or body composition. Consult a healthcare provider about your health.

Construction tools

Concrete estimates do not account for uneven ground, forms, rebar, compaction or local codes. Confirm quantities with your supplier or a contractor, and order a little extra.

Technical tools

Subnet results follow standard IPv4 rules and should be checked against your network design. Passwords are generated with your browser's secure random generator; store them in a trusted password manager.

Date and time

Date math uses your device's calendar and time zone. Results around daylight saving changes or for very old dates may differ from other sources.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy or resell the Site or its code without permission; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site; use automated tools in a way that harms the Site's operation; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code and graphics belong to Fairway US or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You are welcome to use the Site and share links to it for personal and business purposes.

5. Third-party links, ads and referral links

The Site may show advertising and contain links to third-party websites, including referral links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices. Anything you buy from a third party is between you and them.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIRWAY US WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR MONEY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Fairway US harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
